It's worth noting that these seats have been refurbished to meet the standards set by the New York Mets and New York City. The original paint has been expertly removed from the metal arms/legs and replaced, as per the 2008 contract when they were removed from the stadium. While some cast-iron standards may exhibit minor rust, rest assured that all seats are in good working order.
